For three days in Kapalua, wine is everything. At the Kapalua Wine & Food Festival, you can attend seminars on pinots and cabernets, hit up countless wine tastings and meet and greet sommeliers and winery owners from all over the world.?Did you know that there are only three?Master Sommeliers in Hawaii? One of them,?Patrick Okubo (the youngest?Master Sommelier ever), will lead a tasting of premium Spanish wines on Sunday.

The food part of the festival is just as exciting. The Grand Tasting on Friday, after the festival?s golf tournament, will feature some of Kapalua?s best cuisine from Merriman?s Restaurant, The Plantation House, Kai Sushi, Sansei, Banyan Tree and Pineapple Grill. Then on Saturday watch Chef Ron Siegel?the first U.S. citizen to win the Iron Chef title?host a cooking demonstration. The weekend ends with a fabulous Seafood Festival, featuring wines and spirits and food from David Paul?s Island Grill, I?o & Pacific, Roy?s, Gerard?s, Capische? and many other fine restaurants.

Amigo Bob Cantisano will present the practical and esoteric aspects of producing wine grapes using non toxic
organic farming. He advises nearly 50 organic grape growers and wineries in California and Oregon. Amigo?s
presentation will feature the success stories of many of his clients and how they produce top quality wines using
human and environmentally friendly state of the art organic farming. Other panelists include John Williams from
Frog?s Leap, Anthony Biagi of Plumpjack, Charles Thomas of Quintessa, Michael Jordan, MS and Patrick Okubo,
MS. Other featured wines include Morgan, Skipstone and Chappellett.

very own wines from La Sirena, she is currently the winemaker for Amuse Bouche, Paradigm, Lamborn, Kenzo
Estate, Au Sommet, Vin Perdu, and Fantesca.?? Past winemaking clients include Screaming Eagle(14 years),
