Syracuse Oline Coach Greg Adkins coming to Buffalo? Is this a good hire?

I've seen some ridiculous things before but we are taking all the coaches who just too their team .500 in a somewhat easy conference? (Dont start throwing Cinci, or Louisville in my face, every conference has a couple good teams) People that start saying this is "THE BEST HIRE EVER" need to ban yourselves from the board. You've NEVER heard of him before... And let me save you some time, he doesn't have a Wikipedia page.

Am I hopeful he does a great job? YES.
Does he have any proof of being able to do this in the past? No.
Does that scare me? YES
Do the bills coaches know what their doing? Debatable, No evidence on either side
Do I keep believing that the Bills will win due to good decisions? Yes...?
